On August 23, 2004, National MSCA informed Dick Starr that Enterprise Corporation qualified as the first MSCA Star contractor in Ohio. It's no easy task to become an MSCA Star Service Contractor as the following criteria indicates:

• Must be an MSCA member in good standing
• Must have a proven track record in the service business
• Must have 25% of your service technicians UA Star Certified (they must pass a very difficult test)
• Must have a superior safety record
• Must maintain a strict code of ethics
• Must provide and require photo ID cards fo all field personnel
• Must have an established truck and tool inventory control program
• Must attend at least one MSCA or MCAA program each year.

As you can see, it's quite an accomplishement and well worth note.
